IFES workshop in the APIO conference of industrial and organizational psychologyIFES is the promoter of the workshop titled “Opportunities for financing the development of human resources from the European Social Fund” to be held within the National Conference of Industrial and Organizational Psychology “Al. Rosca” on June 5-7, 2009.
The conference, taking place under the direction of the Association for Industrial and Organizational Psychology, is structured in 6 workshops, and foreign guests are expected to attend its works, among whom the director of the Institute of Work Psychology, University of Sheffield, UK - Professor Sharon Parker and Professor Mark Griffin – deputy director of the same British institute.
Our colleagues, psychologist Stefania Isaila, PhD candidate and psychologist Anca Popovici, M.A. will coordinate a workshop on ways of obtaining financing from EU funds for projects on human resource development. They are to deliver a presentation on the main guidelines defining the strategy/ the development objectives financed by the ESF, as well as intervention areas, activities and categories of beneficiaries and eligible target groups. The workshop is addressed to practitioners in psychology, senior students, M.A. students and to PhD candidates.
