Florence, June 2008 – the Second Meeting within the TEJACO Project

In 26-28 June 2008, in Florence, Italy a second meeting was held within the Leonardo da Vinci project – Multilateral Projects – ‘Transfer of Innovation’: ‘Theatre and Play to Accompany Change in Organizations’. The meeting host was the Faculty of Education from the University of Florence.

Partners from France, Belgium, Italy and Romania took part in the meeting. The group of experts’ discussions focused on establishing the offer and the needs when it comes to teaching through methods of ludic pedagogy. The following project phases were carried out:

- drawing up an inventory of the specifics of ludic approaches in each partner country;

- drawing up an inventory of companies’ needs when it comes to employees’ integration and training needs;

- pinpointing the hindrances migrants face in their integration process in companies.

The intermediate results of the project (studies and analyses) will be made public.
