“It’s never too late or too early to learn !”Under this slogan we start an information and awareness raising campaign about lifelong learning, focused on employees.
The campaign is part of the project “Increasing the trade union leader’s role in stimulating the employees’ access to lifelong learning”. The project is financed by the European Union through the Economic and Social Cohesion Program – Human Resources Development – Promotion of the human capital, budget line Phare/2004/016-772.04.02.
The promoters of this campaign will be the 120 participants to training courses that have already been organized within the project. They will be trained on the role they have to play within companies.
Moreover, the following activities will be carried on:
- dissemination of 1200 leaflets whose content encourages the employees to take advantage of the various opportunities in which they can improve their knowledge and competence;
- dissemination of 500 leaflets with the campaign’s slogan;
- organization of a press conference;
- a promotion campaign of the concept in the media.
