Elections for the EZA Youth Platform management
At the European Social Forum ”Quality Jobs for the Youth” (2nd Edition), organized by IFES and EZA at Cluj-Napoca in October 1-4, 2015, the elections for the EZA Youth Platform management were held (Europäisches Zentrum für Arbeitnehmerfragen – European Centre for Workers‘ Questions).
The EZA Youth Platform is EZA's main structure for youth issues in relation to authorities, public institutions and organizations regulated for youth politics and it has an important contribution to the development of youth politics at an European and international level.
According to statutory elections organized in the EZA Youth Platform General Meeting, on 3.10.2015, the President of the EZA Youth Platform for the following 3 years shall be Sebastian Baransky (the NOWY STAW Foundation, PL), the Coordination Committee will be composed of: Mariana Martins (FIDESTRA - PT), Gian Paul Gauci (UHM - MT), Catarina Mendoca (CIFOTIE – PT), Neza Repansek (Social Akademija – SI), Josip Nikolici (NAPREDAK – HR), Oana Ivascu (IFES – RO), Katrin Stancheva (PODKREPA – BG).
IFES wishes success to the new management in their future activities. At the same time we bring thanks to the management who reached the end of their mandate, expressing our gratitude for their efforts and work, who have contributed to strengthening the Youth Platform and to important activities for the European youth.
