The TEJACO project - transfer of innovation after its first year of implementation

The end of the first year of the project Leonardo da Vinci – Transfer of competences “TEJACO – Theatre and Play to Accompany Change in Organizations” was marked by a new project meeting. Thus, in the period 8-10 December 2008 in Liege (BE), benefiting from our Belgian colleagues’ hospitality, the first project results were presented. The 4 pedagogical tools proposed by the project partners (forum theater, commedia dell’ arte, role play and pedagogical game) were transferred from one organization (the one that suggested the respective tool) to another. There were workshops within which the partners’ representatives developed the pedagogical tools; public performances, debates at which trainers from local organizations interested in taking over and using these methods were invited.
